Service Description

One on one training sessions available for beginners, intermediate and expert level of fitness experience; 30 minutes to 1-hour intervals. Home visits are also available. I use suspension training, body weight and resistance bands for overall body strength and endurance. As well as high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for cardiovascular, fitness and fat-burning benefits. For more information and pricing please use the contact form.
